Small businesses are the backbone of the United States, a man working for himself and his family. Here, along a road northwest of Colfax WA is the Repp place. I saw the cute, Americana mailbox, that looks like a ‘cat,’ and then noticed a real Caterpillar coming up the driveway from the farmstead quite a ways off the road. The shoulders of the road were about a foot wide, no turn outs and the top of the driveway was on a curve. Rats! I couldn’t find any safe spot to get a couple shots of the real dozer and the mailbox at the same time. In the end, the real dozer had disappeared down the two lane black top road and I had to settle for just a shot of the mailbox. Love it though…

Great shot of a creative mailbox ~ (A Creative Harbor)
Now that’s an original mailbox!
I love these unique mailboxes…here in our area they are usually mantees or fish…and maybe a golf ball or two.
i LOVE this!!! LOVE!
You’re right Madge, a shot of the two-in-one would have been great, but this shot is certainly no second-ranker.
Very cool. I love it.
Just the mail box was still worth it.
That’s definitely one-of-a-kind. :)
It’s still a great photo, Madge!
This is BIG SMILE worthy!
