Skinny… Tall… Mocha… No Whip… On our day trip to Roslyn two weeks ago, we took a walk around this small, rural town nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in eastern Washington. One enjoyable thing about small communities is the vitality of local businesses, such as the Big Moose Coffee Company. Serving Pioneer Coffee, they make a serious cup of coffee and you can get a fresh pastry to go with it… sip, sip, mmmm!
send me the Mocha please
Whip or no-whip?? ;-)
I could use a big moose sized cup of coffee right now. Just a simple cup of coffee, no frills in it.
Ah, an Americano drinker! ;-)
Love the sign and the background of the spruce trees add a rustic charm to the shot.
I did too Bruce… it is ‘Northern Exposure-esque!’ They are cashing in on the still popularity of the TV show…
I’m no coffee drinker, but I do like the sign!
I’ll bet you could get a mean Chai latte here too! ;-)
The first thing that came to my mind was Montana. Like there can’t be moose anywhere else? Love the sign.
Actually it is estimated there are a thousand moose in WA state! But I agree, Montana comes to mind!
I want that sign!!!
It is a keeper, isn’t it?? :-)
A couple years ago my husband was stationed in Bremerton, and we had a grand time visiting those different quaint towns and hiking the Cascades. I LOVED the state of Washington, although gray days and light until 9pm was hard to get used to.
Thanks for visiting my blog today and your great comment. You are right indeed, any church that takes a Biblical stand does come under fire.
Have a great week,
Carrie
Bremerton is a nice town… I only get over there a couple times a year. I love WA too, I’ve always lived here… thanks for your visit!
Hello, I love the moose sign, very cool. I would love to have a mocha, YUMMY! I have visited the Cascade area with my hubby, we love the place. Cool photos and blog. Thanks for visiting my blog. Have a great night!
Thank you for coming to visit, Eileen… where would you like the mocha delivered! Lol!
