Downtown Seattle has many office towers, this one, the Safeco Center Building among them. Originally called the Second and Seneca Building is 315 feet tall with 22 floors, built in 1991. This property is located at 1191 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. The largest contiguous space available is 24,365 square feet. Located in the heart of Seattle’s central business district, the building as most downtown buildings offers excellent access to public transit, the ferry dock and I-5. A two two-story lobby with marble floors and anigre wood walls greets visitors and occupants alike and the glass dome is distinctive and easily recognizable among the tall buildings on the skyline.
