Come on In and Sit a Spell

Inviting, bright and beginning to bloom, spring is coming a few weeks ahead of the calendar this year.
An open gate leads to the porch with a comfortable rocking chair, where one could sit a spell with a tall sweet tea and a good book to read; pausing to glance occasionally at yellow Forsythia and Daffodils fluttering and dancing in a gentle spring breeze.

I’m gathering so much visual joy as Spring rouses from the quiet, fallow ground and ‘dead’ branches, bringing color and scent back into my longer days. Sixteen days and counting to… Vernal Equinox (Spring) March 19, 2012 @ 22:14 PST!

Thanks for joining me today for the view that is right here! ~ Madge

I have a favor to ask of you (I hope its not to much), Here it is: I will have a post on which I will need your opinion soon, it is going to be a book (fantasy) I am writing and I need to know what you think about it, what I will do is post the first chapter of my book and let everyone tell me what they think about it, whether it is ready for the pros or ready for the rubbish.
