Looking out the back windows of a historic building in Pioneer Square… Pioneer Square is the historic section of Seattle that once was downtown in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Many red brick buildings remain viable and beautiful, most built after the Great Seattle Fire 1889 which destroyed the entire central business district at that time. Here a trio of windows look out onto Occidental Park through the last green leaves before autumn turned them to gold. There is something attractive and interesting about windows… you look out..you look in..what can you see from here or there?
