An employee with a sense of humor updated the reader board advertising Wendy’s newest sandwich. Instead of presenting the ‘New Fish Fillet,’ the sandwich presented at first glance was the ‘Fox Fillet!’ Sitting at a traffic light and looking around while waiting for a green light, I spotted this funny sign, which cracked me up and made me thankful that I had my camera sitting on the seat beside me. I was able to capture a quick image before proceeding on my way. Did it make you laugh, too??

Funny! My “beef” with Wendy’s, however, is that sandwiches are pre-priced to include cheese. If you don’t want the cheese or the calories, as a courtesy, they will remove the cheese but the consumer still pays the “with cheese” price. It is my understanding that many fast food restaurants do this.
This is true in the Greensboro, NC area. Is it also true in your neck of the woods?

Honestly I don’t recall if our menu has a ‘with cheese,’ as a default choice… most of the fast food restaurants around the Seattle area have cheese optional and the default choice is without and the price is lower… I don’t eat a lot at Wendy’s, my choice (if I have one) is Jack In The Box…
