The grocery store’s produce person did a good job of preparing a fine close up shoot for you. I too like carrots as raw snacks, added to salads, and cooked. Your picture is very eye-catching with strong impact.
We have marinated carrots for Christmas each year. One of my favorite vegetables.

I love carrots, especially fresh from the garden! I just wish I could manage to store them successfully.
Love those carrots! I could eat them any way, up, down, and sideways! My only problem is, when I need some crunch, I’m reaching for chips when I should be reaching for carrots. Excuse my absence…I’ve been in and out of the blog world…to many ‘events’ going on her. Hugs to you and yours…I hope all is going in a positive direction.
