Foggy Edwardian

Foggy Edwardian - Madison Park Neighborhood - Seattle WA

Fog: (noun); A thick cloud of water droplets suspended in the atmosphere at or near the earth’s surface that obscures or restricts visibility.

Here very early on a typical Seattle winter morning,

a large Edwardian style home in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle,

sits shrouded in fog.

Thick and clinging,

the fog creates mystery.

The very large, nude maple tree in the parking strip

reaches its branches toward the house,

as if to embrace it in shades of black and deep gray.

I like fog,

to me it’s almost like snow.

The mystery.

The beauty.

The quiet.

  2. This is so atmospheric and mysterious. Early morning fog promises bright, sunny day in my part of the world.

Thank you for becoming my blog friend. I tried to do the same thing but because of something wrong with Google + on my part, I added the URL of your blog to my Reading List of the dash board.
