Just a short jaunt up the hill from the Fauntleroy Ferry Dock, is Joe’s Cafe. I posted a night shot of their attractive and beckoning neon sign a few weeks back. Here daily their whimsical sandwich board bids prospective patrons to come in for a good meal. ‘Eat at Joe’s,’ I wonder where that saying originated? Any ideas?

I just love the tongue on this pig!!! How could you not eat at Joes?? Thanks for stopping by and participating in ‘Cool Clicks’ !!!!!
The sign works for me. I’d give Joe’s a try.
What a cool sign!!
A pig at heart… I’d take a look in here.
I like sandwich piggie as much as the neon! :)
love those little pig feet!
Fun sign. Bet the food is good.
Very cool sign! For a minute I thought I was going to see a real person behind that pig face. We have a local mattress store on the highway that has someone standing on the curb dressed like a mattress. One of these days I’m going to get a picture of that guy!
I don’t have an answer for “Eat at Joe’s” sign. Except that Joe is an easy name to remember and pronounce. An interesting photo.
Joe has cute feet. Hooves.
Yummy is making me hungry. Very eye catching
