Calamity Jane's - Dining Chairs

Calamity Jane’s, ‘Where all the girls can kick your a*#.’ The long rays of the early morning sun shines into the dining room at Calamity Jane’s Restaurant and Bar in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle. Chef Janice Vaughns catered on the set of the wildly popular TV show ‘Northern Exposure.’ And now this Seattle native, brings her own twist on comfort food to Calamity Jane’s. Georgetown is one of the older neighborhoods in Seattle and a favorite destination for my husband and I on Friday afternoons for the cheaper, smaller meals found on various eating establishment’s happy hour menus, instead of buying from the higher priced dinner menus. Among other offerings, the happy hour menu at Calamity Jane’s features ‘Pulled Pork Sliders,’ yum I love BBQ pulled pork… What about you, do you take advantage of the lower prices and smaller servings at happy hour?

  1. Yeah! Lower prices, senior menu, smaller portions and ordering from the lunch menu as opposed to the dinner menu at the local Portuguese restaurant…it all works. And I really don’t need all that food…LOL! BTW, had pulled BBQ pork last week and it was delicious! Great photo!
