Alleyway: A narrow street or passageway between or behind city buildings. Here in the early morning light just a little after dawn, the light dances between the buildings creating drama where normally there would be none. I find getting up early before dawn or shooting just before and after sunset is the time of day when magic happens with light. Isn’t it it exciting to see what will be transformed by the play of light and shadow? Playing with aperture, shutter speed, iso and white balance is exploration at its best, especially when all things combine at just the right moment for a subject to be unaccountably enchanting.

Geat photograph that you have here. Looks dramatic even though the picture is in color. Very nice interaction of light and dark. This photo actually made that alley look good.

Interesting shot- I love to shot during those magic minutes before sunrise and sunset.
Amazing shots I love how you capture some kinda smoky on the side :) new follower.
Great shot! I too like the way light plays on things as the sun is first coming up. Moon shadows and moon light sometimes create a magical effect too, under the right conditions.
