Onecho Tractor Works

Delivered daily by the U.S. Post Office, mail is deposited in the box provided by the homeowner.

Here on Almota Road, the Onecho Tractor Works proudly displays a certified mailbox (‘Approved by the Postmaster General’) that has been enhanced to look like a classic red barn. Onecho Tractor Works builds handmade replicas of older farm and construction crawlers and will also build to order. Stating ‘Serious collectors and offers only,’ they must have gotten more than a few superfluous inquiries.

I love their little red barn mailbox, but I would really have liked to have seen their toys.

  1. I live on a golf course and we have a neighbor with a golf ball mailbox and a golf cart mailbox – plus the other garden variety (university football helmet, houses, etc.). Love the personality in individualized mailboxes.

  2. i love that! i’ve always thought there should be a meme for mailboxes, although sometimes good ones are hard to find.

here in texas, sadly, that mailbox would be eventually demolished by kids wielding baseball bats on a friday or saturday night.

  3. Most mail boxes around here are attached right on the houses. When I redid the front porch, I put one on a post right at the porch steps…I always wanted a mail box on a post. Mine is plain plain white…this one beat it hands down for cute-ness.
