Buoys, bright enough to be seen in a variety of weather conditions, they mark the spot where a net or crab pot has been set. Here on the bow of the F/V Trinket are several brightly colored buoys, I love the contrast between the buoys and the bridge windows. While walking the docks at Fishermens Terminal in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, I often see this boat. The F/V Trinket is a commercial fishing vessel, built in 1977 by the Little Hoquiam Boat Shop, the fiberglass hull is 47 feet long and 15 feet wide, able to carry 34 tons of fish.
Still painting the house and wearing out my shoulder and right elbow, you know all that brushing and rolling… ouch! I’m trying to get around to visiting all of you, but sunshine, paint and sore tendons are making it tough!

i don’t envy you w/ all the painting!
Good luck with the painting, I remember what that feels like!
Great colors, Madge. As for the house painting looks like I will be doing that in the early fall. Fun, fun fun!!!
Nice buoys on that boat, very bright. We have such a short window of painting weather here, I think you have lots of company! You will have to post a picture for us when you are done!
Nice colors.
Buoys are one of my favorite things to photograph…we have tons to choose from out here on the Gulf!!
love the pov and the colors!
Wonderful colors! After all that paining you deserve to relax. I love to paint…at the beginning…but, after the project takes off I usually loose my enthusiasm. Must find a cure for that!
My neighbors have just finished painting their downstairs – 13 gallons of paint and a 22-ft.-high ceiling. It reminds me how much I prefer our smaller house. I frankly can’t think of much to like about painting except how nice it looks (and feels!) when it’s all done.
Love the colors in your shot.
Great shot, such wonderful colors!
I have seen bright buoys, but these are another thing!
