CenturyLink Field hosts both professional football and soccer. The Seattle Sounders FC play at CenturyLink and here at dusk on a summer evening, the nearly 60,000 fans had watched a game with the Chelsea Football Club from the UK. Chelsea beat the Sounders 4-2. I love football, but know little or nothing about soccer. The Sounders have very enthusiastic fans here in Seattle. Personally, I’m waiting for the beginning of the 2012 football season. The Seattle Seahawks first preseason game is on August 11th here at CenturyLink Field against the Tennessee Titans.

That’s is such an awesome stadium.
I skipped the “friendly” with Chelsea the other night, but as a season ticket holder, you will find me in my seat at the north end, cheering and chanting and watching every move on the field. After watching soccer, I am finding football kind of slow and long. SOUNDERS!
