Up in the sky!’ Caught in the bright afternoon sun, a Seattle Police Parking Enforcement Officer shields his eyes from the bold, strong light to get a better view of what, what could it be? ‘Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound! Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s Superman!’ Naw, probably not, but it was fun to josh a little.
