Model, sit, pose, posture? This little ground squirrel seems unruffled by my stopping to take his portrait, sitting motionless while I tweaked this and that camera setting to capture his cuteness. Oooooooo, feel better soon! This photo is great! Isn’t it amazing how some of these ‘wild’ creatures sit so still while we invade their personal space. I was photographying a rabbit in the yard one summer and after edging my way closer and closer, he decided to come closer to me. Needless to say, I didn’t want to get that personal. Too windy here today (and yesterday) to take any photos outside so I’m watching squirrels and birds from the kitchen window. Again, feel better!

oh no on the food poisoning, that is so scary. hope you are better today. this is really really a way cool shot of a precious little scamper rat. he looks like someone posed him for the shot and the back ground is beautiful. a big double WOW from me
