Dillanos Coffee Roasters has been voted ‘Roaster of the Year 2011,’ by Roast Magazine. This sign hangs in a small, local latte stand near the roaster in Sumner, WA. Phil Beattie, Director of Coffee declares, ‘The art of roasting is developing flavor, the science is repeating it.’ They have the smoothest coffee in the world, my favorite coffee, bar none!
