A Pacific Northwest Photography Blog

Painted Hills - John Day, Oregon

Only our number one (most senior) school bus driver could sport rear wheel hubs that were painted black with a center hub artistically displaying the Batman icon. The shop had her bus in for service and part of that included re-painting the wheels and hubs, the mechanics in a teasing mood created this fun design and painted them on hers. Are you smiling yet?? It only lasted a couple weeks and then it was back to the standard, boring school bus yellow wheels, but it was a sweet secret for those few days.
