A stunning sunset view looking west from Samish Island. One of the San Juan Islands, Samish Island has been connected to the mainland by a dike since the 1930s. The island is about three and a half miles long and a mile wide. The island boasts no business district and about five hundred homes, although as with most islands and coastal communities, the population swells on weekends and during the summer months.
Thats a sunset worth waiting for love the colours and the sky.
Do you make postcards? If not, you definitely should. Start an Etsy shop and sell these gorgeous babies! I say “wow” every time I visit your blog.
This is stunning with color, texture and reflection; the perfect seascape.
