Come late February most Northwesterners begin thinking it is Spring! Ahhh, we see a few Crocus, the Daffodils are being harvested in the Skagit Valley and the annual Northwest Flower and Garden Show is open at Seattle Convention Center this week. Glorious Spring! Hit the brakes, screech to a full stop… snow and lots of it too, we had five inches in north Burien and Mt. Vernon had about fifteen inches, yes, 15, one.five inches! These early harbingers of Spring, Pussy Willows received a white coat of snow. That’s okay, it will melt…hit the throttle, spring’s a’comin’!!
