Island Tug and Barge is located almost underneath the high rise West Seattle Bridge on the lower Duwamish Waterway. Their tugs unusual and striking color scheme catches your eye and is easily identifiable from across the sound. The Island Champion is 114 feet in length and generates 2,800 horse power and the Patricia S is 101 feet in length and puts out 1,800 horse power from her engines.
