Recently,
at Seattle’s famous Pike Place Market,
among the colorful, abundant displays of fruits and vegetables
in the produce vendor stalls,
I spotted these paper baskets of tomatoes,
several of which look like an
heirloom variety.

My own garden
is producing more tomatoes than
we can easily eat in a day.
Time to make some
tomato jam.

Love the colors of these tomatoes particularly the heirlooms.
While those market tomatoes look good, NOTHING tastes better than the home-grown variety.
Hmmm. Tomato jam. I will have to look that up.
Yummmmm
