A warm urban scene at 403 Columbia Street in downtown Seattle with fallen yellow leaves on a wet sidewalk. Built in 1910, the Columbia House was fully renovated in 2001, offering old world charm with modern office conveniences featuring a four story atrium and a ground floor restaurant. The building shares a six floor underground garage with the adjoining Bank of America Tower. An elevator services the second through fifth floors.
