in the small,
western Washington town of Eatonville,
nestled in the evergreen Cascade Mountain foothills,
we talking about ‘The Pour House,’
a tavern on Mashell Avenue.

We stopped in to have a schooner of beer and lunch,
their sign drew us in, it states
‘Pub & Grub.’

The beer was cold, the food was hot and good,
service was prompt and friendly.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again
if we get out that way.
