Tea Bag Brewing in a Cup

Brew : bro͞o : [verb] : make (tea or coffee) by mixing it with hot water.

:  :  :

I am brewing a cup of loose leaf tea (Empress Hotel Afternoon Tea)

purchased from Murchie’s in Victoria, B.C., Canada.

I use a 2″x2″ polyester drawstring bag to

contain the tea leaves and allow

water flow for proper brewing.

I buy everyday tea these days

from Amazon.com because it is difficult

to buy a good daily tea from the grocery stores here in the U.S.

:  :  :

My favorite daily teas are

(from Ireland) Barry’s (most favorite) and Lyons;

and (from the UK) Yorkshire Gold and Tetley’s.

I like them both hot and iced.

For iced tea,

I make ‘Greek Tea.’

I brew 7 tea bags in a gallon of boiling hot water,

then add, the juice from two lemons

and two limes.

What about you,

what kind of tea do you like?

Mmmm…..I like your tea suggestions. I’m a huge tea drinker. English breakfast is my fave. I brew a cup every morning, and enjoy it with a shot of vanilla almond milk.

My favorite flavored tea is Acai Green Tea by The Republic of Tea. I buy it at a health store, where I also buy honey that is sold there by a beekeeper in Kokomo, Indiana.
