I’ve caught some fresh, colorful sunflowers for sale.
There are several produce stands,
but the majority of stands,
at the Pike Place Market are selling flowers,
brought in by the buckets full.

I’m sorry,
I didn’t make my visiting rounds after Weekly Top Shot,
I’ve been going to ‘Work Conditioning,’ physical and occupational therapy,
where I get beat up helped by PT an OT therapists with physical tasks designed
to help me get ready to take my return to work physical skills test
just a week from Thursday on August 16.
It isn’t fun at all,
but it is giving me the confidence that I will pass
and be able to return to work for the new school year.

Our state mandated In-Service (training) is on August 27,
I bid my route and bus on the 28th and school actually starts on September 4.

Today,
is ‘Tuesday Muse‘ over at my friend Nancy’s place, ‘A Rural Journal.
These bright sun flowers give me pause,
because they speak summer to my heart with their brilliant yellow petals
and dark seeded ‘faces.’

I would love someday
to see the fields full of these
in the mid-west.

YOU WILL PASS! You have enough determination and will power to get you there. What is it about sunflowers? They were giving them out in the office a few weeks ago with a card attached which asked the receiver to do a kind act…quite a lovely gesture on the company’s part. I must have taken at least 50 photos of the flowers I had. Your shot is beautiful!!!
