Early spring mornings, what could lift one’s spirit more than that?
: : :
While wild birds sing,
the early morning light slowly warms the dew laden petals
of the pink flowering cherry tree gracing the front yard of an older,
well kept home in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle.
Seeing these classic spring views here in Seattle,
makes it extremely difficult to realize it is snowing in some parts of the country today.

I am feeling a bit better this morning,
a little stronger,
hoping too,
that this feeling is the beginning
of the up swing
to
better
health.

beautiful pinks w/ the purple door accent. glad you’re feeling a bit better!
Oh that’s a pretty shot- glad you are on the mend!
Nice shot Madge. Love the color of the door and it plays well with the cherry blossoms. Glad to hear your doing better too.
Oh how pretty!
It’s good to hear you’re feeling better. Take it slow and don’t get in a hurry to overextend yourself. ;-)
What a gorgeous photo! The tree works so well with the color of the house and that lovely door. So glad to hear you’re feeling better!
Madge, so glad you’re feeling better.
This is a great photo! I love the glow of the windows (are the lights on or is the sun hitting them just right?) and the door color combined with the cherry blossoms. Here in New Jersey our cherry trees are just gorgeous right now and I know the people who read my blog are tired of seeing yet more cherry blossoms photos. Me? No way do I ever get tired of looking at cherry blossom photos. Great capture!
happy to hear you are feeling better, the photo is just gorgeous and makes me happy to look at it. our birds have started singing at 4 am, we go in the back yard with the dogs and i never knew song birds could sing so loud and long in the dark. we love it.
I love flowering fruit trees in springtime. This one looks great against this nicely painted house. Well done.
And, I am glad to read that you are on the upswing. It must have been tough.
Glad you’re feeling improved, and hope you continue to do so.
LOVE the yellow painted brick. And of course, the blossoms.. we’re longing to see some of those. It’s been a long winter!
So glad to hear you’re feeling better. Be sure not to overdo it. Pneumonia doesn’t let go easily & will quickly knock you down if you try to do too much too fast.
This is a gorgeous shot! The blossoms, the house, the front door: it’s all so beautiful. It makes my heart sing just looking at it.
Nice shot. I like the new trend of brightly colored doors
The door and the flowers made for a nice shot.
Great colors, love the pink against the yellow. Hope you keep feeling better.
I’m glad you are feeling a bit better – each steps adds up to bigger steps. Take care.

The Cherry blossoms are beautiful. I love their color and how they frame that great front entry of the house.

Glad you are feeling better! What a beautiful place! I love how the door & the flowers on the tree tie so nicely together.
